Already a Pilates Principles client and recently found out you're expecting?
Congratulations - we’re so excited for you. Please let your instructor know, and we’ll support you in adjusting your practice safely as your pregnancy progresses, including offering you a pregnancy wedge, once the time comes. After your first trimester, we require a letter from your healthcare provider confirming you’re cleared to continue attending Pilates. This helps us ensure we’re supporting you safely and appropriately.
Please note, during your pregnancy you will be able to attend all of our classes except for our Empowerment class.

For the comfort and safety of all members, we kindly ask that pets are not brought into the studio. While we love our furry friends, this policy supports our obligations under Occupational Safety and Health guidelines and helps ensure a clean, calm environment for everyone.
We also ask that you remain mindful of fellow clients, as some may have allergies or sensitivities. Thank you for helping us maintain a considered and welcoming space for all.
-
To preserve the calm, considered atmosphere of the studio, we ask that mobile phones are kept on silent and remain off the floor during class. This allows you—and those around you—to fully arrive into the experience without distraction.
If you do need to keep your phone nearby due to work or personal commitments, please let your instructor know prior to class and position yourself on a reformer closest to the exit. We simply ask that this is done mindfully, with respect for the shared space and those moving alongside you.
-
To maintain a sense of privacy and ease within the studio, filming is not permitted during classes. This ensures all clients feel comfortable to move, focus, and be fully present without concern.
If you would like to capture content, please speak with us outside of class times so we can guide you on appropriate moments and spaces. Thank you for helping us protect the experience for everyone.
-
If a class is fully booked, we encourage you to join the waitlist. Spaces often become available, and you’ll be automatically added to the class if a spot opens.
Please note that standard late cancellation policies apply once you are moved into the class, so we recommend keeping an eye on your schedule and removing yourself from the waitlist if your plans change.

Our admin team works across set weekday hours and, like many of our clients, we’re balancing studio life alongside young families. As a hands-on business, we may not always be available to respond immediately—but please know your message has been received and will be attended to as soon as practicable.
We’re offline after hours, on weekends and public holidays, and will return to all enquiries the next business day. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we care for both our community and our families.
