FAQ’S

  • To secure your spot in class, all bookings must be made online. New clients can create an account with MINDBODY via the 'Book a Class' section on our website or through the Pilates Principles app, available for free on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please manage all bookings and related activities through MINDBODY and/or the Pilates Principles app for a seamless experience.

  • For cancellations, use the Pilates Principles app or MINDBODY app and ensure your cancellation is submitted at least 2 hours before the class starts, allowing others to book in. You can find the cancellation policy in the website footer. Please note that cancellations are not accepted through phone calls, texts, emails, or social media.

  • Cancellation fees may apply; refer to the Terms and Conditions linked in the footer for details on when these fees are charged and under what circumstances.

  • To cancel your membership, send a cancellation request to hello@pilatesprinciples.com.au with a 14-day notice. Review the membership termination policy in the terms and conditions for more details.

  • Bring a water bottle, socks (grip socks preferred and also available for purchase at the Studio) and wear suitable clothing for unrestricted movement. Most importantly, bring yourself!

  • No, our instructors will guide you in setting up your Reformer and familiarising yourself with the studio and policies. The Mindfulness class is perfect for beginners and serves as our Foundation/Fundamentals class!

  • Our qualified Instructors can adapt exercises to accommodate some physical restrictions and injuries. Please inform the instructor of any concerns before class. If you have a pre-existing condition, seek advice from a medical practitioner. Note that our classes are group sessions; for personalised attention, consider a private 1:1 class.

  • Unfortunately, pregnant individuals cannot book general group classes due to safety concerns. While we currently don't offer prenatal-specific group classes, stay tuned for updates on specialised classes designed to support pregnant individuals coming soon! Alternatively, a private 1:1 class may be better suited to you. If this is something you’d like to consider, we’d love to discuss this with you - contact us via our contact page for more info. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

  • The studio is located in the heart of Kearns Crescent, Ardross. It is at the base of the Matheson on Kearns building. It is just off Canning highway, and Riseley street.

    There is 3 hour free parking available, please ensure you adhere to street parking signs.
