We’re proud to champion quality instruction. Many of our instructors have completed — or are currently undertaking — the nationally recognised Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, reflecting our deep commitment to skill, care, and ongoing learning. Every class is led with intention, backed by expert knowledge and delivered with warmth.

Our Ardross studio is nestled in the heart of the Kearns Crescent Precinct, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops — just minutes from Westfield Booragoon and the Applecross foreshore.

Our Claremont studio is just steps from Claremont Quarter, the Claremont train station, Claremont Football Club and local pools — a calm, convenient haven in the heart of the western suburbs.
