OUR STUDIO & Instructors

In today's fast-paced world, Pilates Principles embraces calm as a guiding philosophy. We understand the importance of mental clarity and the balance it brings to our overall well-being. Our studio is a sanctuary where the outside world's hustle fades away, and the focus shifts to mindful movement and inner peace. Through our serene environment and practices designed to reduce stress, we offer our members a tranquil retreat for rejuvenation - inviting our members to unwind, refocus, and harmonise their minds and bodies.

At Pilates Principles we prioritise quality - all of our Pilates Principles core instructors have all studied at accredited training organisations and have been subject to rigorous training activities including assessments (online, written and practical formats) along with mandatory work placement hours.

The studio is conveniently located in the Heart of the Kearns Crescent Precinct in Ardross, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars and is within walking distance from the Applecross foreshore and a short drive from Westfield Booragoon.

We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and empowering environment that caters to all individuals regardless of their fitness levels.
